About Us

Alkes Contact was founded in January 2006 by Grupo Talk Direct, considered one of biggest solution groups of Web Call Center in Brazil.

In March 2007, after one year of significant improvement, Alkes Contact separated from Grupo Direct Talk becoming, thus, an independent company.

Today, the company has clients from several segments and plan to expand its services to mall market.
